Well, there are many questions you might have and the best solution is to give our club manager a call, but a few things worth noting are …

To give you an idea, typical costs are:

  • Main Clubroom Hire (up to 150 persons seated – 300 standing) – $500

  • Pavilion Room Hire (up to 50 persons seated – 80 standing -$300

Deposit: To confirm your booking we require a 50% deposit of any hire charges. We are reasonable guys but if you cancel at the last moment and we can’t replace your booking, we will keep the deposit. So if your plans look like changing, give us a week’s notice.

We accept all major credit cards, cheques by arrangement, EFTPOS, and, of course, cash. If you need an invoice to keep the accounts guys happy, let us know in advance and we will give you one. Credit is best extended by utilising credit cards. There is a small 2% surcharge if you are paying by American Express.

The Xmas Party period is extremely busy – you’d be advised to book well in advance, especially if you have a large group.

Of course, we practice the responsible service of alcohol. We want you and all of our guests to have a great time. We do not serve shots or double spirits, and we will politely give you a tap on the shoulder if you start becoming a little too unruly.

Being a licensed venue, 18th birthday parties become tricky. It can be just too difficult to work through this one. We can accommodate alcohol-free parties in the Functions Room, separate to the main bar area.
